get_binom_hypergeom(): Calculate the binomial coefficient "n-choose-k"

get_hypergeom(): Calculate hypergeometric probability

get_hypergeom_cumulative(): Calculate cumulative hypergeometric probabilities

get_n(): Calculate sample size of number of cases to be found to assess coverage
